The tracking available will depend on the Royal Mail Service being used to deliver your parcel. If your consignment number is a 13 digit number and starts with the letter F you can track your delivery by visiting the Royal Mail website. Your Parcel will be delivered with your regular Royal Mail post. Deliveries where the consignment number begins with the letters RB will also be delivered with your Royal Mail post but we regret that these cannot be tracked online. Please allow 5 working days for delivery to take place. |
